Our scarves are machine washable, however due to the nature of the fabric, some textural changes will occur. Have no fear, these changes will still look super cute!

Our Angel Army members work long hours but in most cases it takes about two weeks once the order is received. It's important to note that this changes during peek holiday seasons, especially Christmas. If we are unable to process orders in time for a holiday delivery then that information will be located on the header of our site home page.

Due to Covid-19 we are operating at a two to four week delivery timeframe. Please be patient with us as we are experiencing a heavy volume of orders and are working as quickly as we can to get your new Angel Scarf in the mail. We promise, it's worth the wait!

If you would like to rush your order, please select that shipping option during checkout. We will move your order up but during holiday seasons it still can take 10 days for the rushed order to ship.

Sizing information is located in the product description. Typically we notice that the following scarf sizes work best with the following age groups:

Baby - 6 month to 24 months (no ear straps are included on our baby scarves).

Child - 36 months to 10 year-olds (ear straps are included).

Teen/Adult - 11 year-olds to large adult shirt size.

Baby size neck opening is roughly 10"

Child size neck opening is roughly 17".

Teen/ Adult size neck opening is roughly 20"
