Shipping & Returns


All orders placed will be ready to ship within two to four weeks from the date the order is placed. Orders placed during peak holiday seasons such as Christmas and Easter will be processed and shipped as fast as possible but please keep in mind that the lead time is usually closer to four weeks. Non-peak season orders will be shipped within two weeks from date of order. For current lead times please check back as this section is updated with current eta's. 

As of December 1, 2020 Current Lead Times are as follows for US shipments:

All orders are shipping one to two weeks after order is placed. 

We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders over $50 shipping to the continental United States.

We use UPS as our standard carrier. We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs, or Freight Forwarding Facilities.


If you choose to ship internationally from any of our web shops, international shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by Angel Scarf.


We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return any product purchased on within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Original shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable. Along with the returned item(s), include your name, email address and order number.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on If you purchased an Angel Scarf product from anywhere other than, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 1-2 business day of receipt and refunds issued to your original method of payment.

After 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect.

If you’ve received a gift purchased from, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.


To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.
